10am arrival- welcome
10.30 am- Transformative practice of journaling. Dive deep into your thoughts, emotions, and aspirations.
11.30 am- Journey through a strong vinyasa restorative yoga sequence. Finding strength, balance, and peace.
1pm- Nourishing and healthy lunch.
2pm- Find your connection with your desires, using visualisation to set intentions.
2.30pm- Immersive practise of Tantric Yoga, awaken and align your energy centres.
